As a stay home mom of three little girls, I know how hard it is to find the time to do something. Between school, cooking, cleaning, etc it seems there’s no hours left for you and when you finally get to rest you just want to sleep pretty much or at least that was me, until I decided to take control of my life and act on the things that I wanted to do.
After having my life changed completely after each of my girls, I always said I’ll start working out when I stop breastfeeding and then I would stop and no exercise would happen, it was just easier to just do nothing. Trust me I’ve been there, I would look in the mirror and really dislike what I was seeing but not having the will power to do something to change it; till one of my little girls told me something that hit me like a million bricks “when I grow up I want to be like you” and then I started to realize the impact I was making in my girls life. That’s when I decided to take the first step and do something for me and the ones I love the most.
I found the NtC (Nike Trainig Club) app and my life changed, yes I couldn’t do anything at first but I really liked the way the NtC app pushes you to the limit and as I continued to do the workouts I got better, I still have a lot to learn and one of the great features of the NtC app is that every week they release something called “the workout of the week” which makes it very interesting because they’re continuously challenging you.
I seriously recommend you to download the NtC app and to start with your own journey of being healthier and fitter and remember that being healthier and fitter doesn’t mean that you have to be super skinny or with the super muscles, we’re all different and we’re all built different so don’t compare yourself to anyone but just you. Trust me you’ll see a difference.
My girls are now seeing a better mommy, a happier mommy, an active mommy and a mommy who’s doing something for her health.
